About ALC

ALC is personalised tuition for dedicated learners.
Australian Language Connections (ALC) started from a group of passionate teachers who really love teaching and who have experience in the healthcare setting.
We decided to specialise in the OET and Medical English because we saw the demand. We think that it is critical for nurses, doctors and other health professionals to feel confident when communicating. We know it can be very stressful working in hospitals and clinics, especially in a foreign language!
We provide customised tutorial. This means we use our healthcare and teaching experience to check your needs, then we design tutorials to match your goals. ALC tutorials are after-hours so you can continue studying or working. The ALC tutors can also mentor you during internships, for those difficult job interview and on your C.V. We also offer General English classes for those who need to "top-up" their English with a friendly tutor.
